Tuesday 3/9/2010 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM International Artists Series presents Cavatina Duo in concert (Ann Nicole Nelson Hall, MSU campus)
Critics are raving about the Cavatina Duo -- "Birlliant" (British Flute Society Magazine) Eugenia Molinar on flute and "Virtuoso" (Soundboard) Denis Azabagic on guitar have won numerous competitions, from the Young Musicians of Doelen in 1996 to the prestigious Encore prize in 2003. Since that time, their commitment to increase original repertoire for guitar and flute has beckoned composers from around the world, including Michael Karmon, Carlos Rivera, and Sergio Assad to dedicate new works to the duo.

Cavatina Duo is the 4th concert in the series. Tickets: $50/Adult, $25/Student, $125/Family for series of 5 concerts.
